Please carefully review the following information on our current rates, website optimization prices, payment methods, and refunds.

Website Optimization Prices

Full Site Reviews are billed at a flat rate of $50. Our current rate is $20/hr for website optimization work.* What this means for your site will range according to
  • Your preferred budget
  • The amount of work that needs to be done
  • Our schedule for the month
We do not give out quotes to completely optimize a website, due to the ever-changing nature of website optimization as well as the highly personal service we offer. Every site is vastly different! The only information we can give when asked for a complete quote is a general idea of how long certain types of services can take.

Consulation Prices

We are now offering consulting on a limited basis. Our current rate is $40/hr with the first half hour free (phone and chat only, to allow time for preliminary questions, etc). Consultations will be conducted
  • By phone, gmail chat, Facebook chat, or email
  • By appointment only
All consultations start out at a one hour minimum, AFTER the free half hour. If the conversation does not exceed the free half hour, we will refund the payment or keep it in reserve for the next session. If the conversation exceeds the amount of time paid for, we will schedule another appointment after additional payment has been made.

Payment Methods

In order to control the amount of work we take on, and to give the best service to our clients, all orders must be placed directly through us. Site reviews, website optimization hours, and other services are not available for purchase through our site. If you wish to place an order with us, please contact us.
  • At this time, all payments are made via Paypal. Through Paypal, you can pay via all four major credit cards, instant bank transfer, or electronic check. We never see your information, ensuring your ultimate safety and privacy.
  • We do not accept personal checks, business checks, money orders, or cashier's checks
  • If you do not have a Paypal account and do not wish to obtain one, we can set up your order on our other website to allow you to pay via Google Checkout.
Refunds

Due to the highly personal nature of our services, refunds are never issued for work completed. If we have made a mistake, we will fix the error free of charge. Refunds are handled in the following manner based on the following circumstances:
  • You have decided to cease services with us and have time remaining on your order. In this situation, you will be refunded the time left. (Work previously completed will not be refunded.)
  • Your requested work has been completed, but there is still time left. We can either refund the overage or apply it to your next order.
  • We are unable to continue work on your order because we have not been able to reach you. If three months go by with no communication, we will refund the remaining time.
Please keep in mind that Paypal does not allow refunds after 60 days.
  • If you are entitled to a refund and your payment was made more than 60 days before, we will issue you a personal check.
  • If we do not have a mailing address for you, we will issue you a Paypal payment for the refund, less the Paypal fees assessed to that portion of your payment.
